Sponsor the UCR Team!
UC Riverside was selected as one of 15 elite North American Universities to be part of the leading automotive engineering competitions: the EcoCAR EV Challenge, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy, General Motors, MathWorks, and managed by Argonne National Laboratory. This competition will empower our UCR students to become leaders and innovators by giving them industry-level experience in the most advanced automotive research and development. Our students will gain unparalleled hands-on experience in their desired field, exposure to career opportunities with our various sponsors, mentors, and even include EcoCAR tasks as part of their curriculum.
Support UCR’s promising new EcoCAR EV Challenge Team and help realize our vision to become a hub of automotive training in Inland Southern California! Let us invest in local education, economic development, advanced facilities, and career development so our community can thrive in industry, academia, or government careers without having to travel far away.
To compete at the highest level, the UCR EcoCAR team needs funding to support our students, provide travel to the EcoCAR events, and to purchase innovative components. Please help UCR's EcoCAR EV Challenge team win the competition with your gift in support of the team's expenses. Gifts at all levels are greatly appreciated!
